Only Two Finer at NGC
1861 3CS PR67 ★ NGC. A stunning Superb Gem proof with
obvious cameo contrast, although the depth of toning prevents such
a designation. The obverse has cobalt-blue toning on the central
device within a frame of light yellowish-gold. The central reverse
is light to medium intensity lilac, with a frame of peripheral blue
