Description

1863/2 Three Cent Silver, Toned PR65

1863/2 3CS PR65 PCGS. Breen-2944. Breen (1988) states: "Restrike. Proofs only. Very rare. Heavy 1863 punched over lighter 1862." Boldly struck design elements further enhance the pleasing eye appeal of this piece. Population: 5 in 65, 3 finer (11/16).(Registry values: P3)
