A Delightful Early Die State Proof
1863 3CS PR66 NGC. CAC. A fully struck, reflective proof,
struck from fresh dies that show no die lapping. Pale mint-green
and champagne pastels accent each side, while the underlying
surfaces are beautifully preserved. The proof 1863 silver three
cent is rare this well-preserved. Census: 13 in 66 (1 in 66
