1863 3CS PR66 NGC. CAC. A fully struck, reflective proof, struck from fresh dies that show no die lapping. Pale mint-green and champagne pastels accent each side, while the underlying surfaces are beautifully preserved. The proof 1863 silver three cent is rare this well-preserved. Census: 13 in 66 (1 in 66 ), 9 finer. CAC: 8 in 66, 2 finer (4/16).
