Colorful Concentric Toning
1863 3CS PR66 ★ NGC. Concentric bands of sea-green,
ruby-red, and lemon-gold patina endow this well struck and
prominently mirrored Premium Gem. The devices exhibit moderate
cameo contrast, although undesignated as such by NGC. This Civil
War date has a proof mintage of only 460 pieces. Census: 1 in 66 ★
