1864 3CS PR64 Cameo PCGS. The 1864 is a scarce issue with a low business strike mintage of just 12,000 pieces, which is complemented by a meager 470 proofs. Dramatic rings of violet, lime-green, rose-red, and russet toning encircle the brilliant centers. The frosted devices show vibrant cameo contrast against the highly reflective fields. This razor-sharp near-Gem representative exhibits remarkably clean surfaces.
