1864 3CS PR64 Cameo PCGS. A meticulously struck near-Gem with impressive frost on the devices. A pair of mint-made lintmarks are northwest of the date, and a few pinpoint planchet flaws (also of mint origin) are on the reverse field. A rare issue with Cameo contrast.
