Prized PR67 1864 Three Cent Silver
1864 3CS PR67 NGC. It is well known that most of the 1864 three cent silver business strike mintage was melted, and with just 470 proofs produced, any example of the date is a prize. This specimen is richly toned cobalt-blue with additional violet and gold elements. Carefully preserved with exquisite eye appeal.
