Description
1866 PR 65 NGC. A blast of shimmering white greets the eye as this untoned coin scrolls past. The fields are well mirrored, but near the periphery there are some areas where the coin has uncirculated tendencies. Most likely this is a proof, nevertheless. A sparkler.
