1867 3CS PR64 NGC. The 1867 silver three cent had a low mintage of business strikes (4,000 pieces), which was coupled with a diminutive proof issue of just 625 specimens. Pleasing pearl-gray frost covers the glassy surfaces of this carefully preserved and sharply struck near-Gem representative.
