1867 3CS PR65 Cameo NGC. Icy devices and glassy fields confirm the Cameo designation. Well struck, even on the shield lines and peripheral stars. By 1867, fractional currency had driven the three cent silver from circulation. Only 625 proofs and 4,000 business strikes were issued.
