1867 3CS PR65 PCGS. Appealing blue-gray and russet-gold toning adorns the highly reflective surfaces of this sharply struck Gem. A tiny contact mark in the lower right obverse field, and a shallow planchet flaw (as struck) just to the left of A in STATES are the only minor detractions. Population: 55 in 65, 22 finer (8/08).
