Lovely Toned Proof 1867 Three Cent Silver, PR66
1867 3CS PR66 PCGS. A deeply reflective and boldly defined Premium Gem that has deep azure peripheral toning around a plum center on the obverse and a rose-orange center on the reverse. Most surviving examples of this date are proofs, but seldom as fine as this piece. PCGS has certified just one finer non-Cameo example (10/07).(Registry values: N1793)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 27CD, PCGS# 3717, GSID# 3688)
