Description
1868 Silver Three Cent, PR66 Cameo
Attractively Toned
1868 3CS PR66 Cameo NGC. CAC. A rare Cameo example of the
1868 silver three cent, showing bold detail and frosty, contrasted
design elements. The mirroring is toned in rose-gold and sea-green
hues, and the eye appeal is outstanding. Finer Cameo examples are
extremely rare, and Ultra Cameos are exceedingly so. Census: 6 in
66 Cameo, 2 finer. CAC: 11 in 66, 3 finer (4/16).From The Rev. Dr. James G. K. McClure Collection.(Registry values: N1793)
