Fully Struck 1869 Three Cent Silver, PR67
1869 3CS PR67 NGC. This little jewel offers aqua and lavender patina on both sides with considerable luster present, despite the deep toning. This fully struck Superb Gem shows no singular distractions at all, even under a loupe. The proof mintage was 600 coins, although divided between the normal date and the 1869/8 overdate.
