1870 3CS PR64 NGC. Ex: Eliasberg. Deeply reflective, as always, in spite of the blue and rose toning seen in varying amounts on each side. Die striations are also present in the obverse fields (again, as always seen on this year).Ex: Chapman brothers, November, 1901 to J.M.
