Description
1870 3CS PR64 NGC. Moderate mirrors shine beneath deep blue-violet patina, and the devices are starkly outlined with a suggestion of contrast. If not for a handful of small hairlines in the fields, this piece would be a serious candidate for a finer designation.(Registry values: N991)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 27CF, PCGS# 3721, GSID# 3697)
