1873 3CS PR63 Cameo PCGS Secure. The year 1873 saw the final coinage of the three cent silver denomination. All were proofs, struck to the extent of 600 coins, and all feature the Closed 3 date logotype. This Select Cameo is sharp with a delicate pink-champagne tint to the surfaces. Faint hairlines in the fields limit the grade. Population: 16 in 63 Cameo, 65 finer; 0 in 63 Deep Cameo, 9 finer (9/18).(Registry values: N1793)
