1873 3CS PR65 Cameo PCGS. Though richly toned, this final-year proof three cent silver retains strong contrast. The sharply struck devices are frosted and primarily silver-white, with only occasional hints of the rose-tan and blue-green toning that drapes the gleaming fields.
