Description
1877 Trade Dollar, PR62 Deep Cameo
Intense Contrast
1877 T$1 PR62 Deep Cameo PCGS. Although a few hairlines and
contact marks limit the grade, this visually impressive piece has
amazing field-to-device contrast with delicate peripheral gold and
iridescent toning that is more visible on the obverse. Only 510
proofs were coined in 1877, the lowest proof production of the
series, save for the ultra-rare 1884 and 1885 proofs. Population: 1
in 62 Deep Cameo, 10 finer (6/13).(Registry values: N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 27YN, PCGS# 97057, Greysheet# 7403)
