    1877 Trade Dollar, PR63 Cameo
    Lightly Toned, Well-Contrasted

1877 T$1 PR63 Cameo PCGS. Except for the ultra-rare 1884 and 1885, the 1877 has the lowest proof mintage in the Trade dollar series with only 510 pieces produced, although it is a figure that some specialists feel is underreported. Tinges of lilac toning are seen at the margins of this glassy, well-contrasted specimen. Population: 18 in 63 Cameo, 26 finer (2/16).
Ex: Long Beach Signature (Heritage, 2/2006), lot 1715.(Registry values: N2998)
