    Description

    1877 Trade Dollar, PR63

1877 T$1 PR63 PCGS. Following the transitional years of 1875 and 1876, the Type Two obverse and reverse design hubs were used exclusively in 1877 and later years. This Select proof has light contrast between the mirrored fields and lustrous devices, all beneath splendid gold and iridescent toning. Although proofs were routinely saved, the 510 coin proof production was the lowest of the collectible series from 1873 to 1883.(Registry values: N2998)

Thanks to Heritage I realized a handsome profit for my coin submissions and intend to send most of the remainder of my collection to Heritage Auction Galleries for future auctions.
