Exceptional PR64 1881 Trade Dollar
1881 T$1 PR64 PCGS. CAC. Housed in a green-label PCGS holder, this proof-only 1881 Trade dollar is an exceptional example for the grade. The obverse is mostly brilliant silver, with a frame of deep blue, violet, and gold. The reverse has a lighter frame of pale gold. The fields are deeply mirrored with lustrous devices. This piece is a full cameo example, although certified prior to the PCGS addition of such designations.(Registry values: N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 27YT, PCGS# 7061, GSID# 7413)
