Description
Exceptional 1881 Trade Dollar, PR65 Cameo
1881 T$1 PR65 Cameo PCGS. Lavender, electric-blue, and golden-tan patination concentrates at the peripheries of this Gem proof Cameo, leaving the centers coated with a thin veneer of champagne-gold. Spectacular mirrored fields highlight frosted design elements that have benefited from a powerful strike. No significant blemishes can be discerned under high magnification. Indeed, some might argue that this piece was assigned a conservative numerical grade.
