Description
Deeply Toned PR62 1883 Trade Dollar
Last Obtainable Issue in the Series
1883 T$1 PR62 PCGS. The last obtainable proof-only Trade
dollar issue, as the 1884 and 1885 Trade dollars are clandestine
productions of great rarity and mystery. This deeply toned specimen
displays highlights of silver-pink and blue under a light, but
there are few visible signs of contact. It is likely only the
somewhat muted luster that precludes an even finer grade.(Registry values: N1793)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 27YV, PCGS# 7063, GSID# 7419)
