Gem Proof Cameo 1878 Twenty Cent Piece
Last Date of Issue
1878 20C PR65 Cameo NGC. A proof-only mintage of 760 twenty
cent pieces was coined in 1878, but only 600 were sold, the
remainder being destroyed at year's end. The present coin is a
virtually flawless specimen with brilliant, deeply mirrored fields.
The devices are noticeably frosted, with the frost heaviest on the
