Description
1865 PR 64 Red PCGS. Glittering golden-orange surfaces with splashes of rose iridescence adding character to both sides. A couple of hardly noticeable planchet flakes above and to the left of the date do not affect the technical grade of this scarcer proof two-cent issue.
