1868 2C PR65 Red PCGS. From a mintage of approximately 600 proofs, this Gem shows iridescent orange color over smooth surfaces. The design elements are boldly impressed on each side and only a few wispy marks are noted. When tilted at the correct angle, the apparent proof contrast is impressive.
