Description
1869 2C PR65 Red and Brown PCGS. CAC. An olive-brown reverse complements the tangerine-orange obverse of this Gem Red and Brown 1869 proof. A few small bits of toning appear on the central obverse, although the shield and wreath nonetheless display modest contrast. The strike is sharp, and eye appeal is pleasing. CAC endorsement confirms the quality. Population: 69 in 65 (3 in 65+) Red and Brown, 24 finer.
