1870 2C PR67 Brown PCGS. Purple, rose, and ice-blue intermingle over the otherwise lustrous, chocolate-brown surfaces of this essentially pristine Superb Gem. While this is undoubtedly one of the more available proof issues from a mintage of more than 1,000 specimens, no Brown examples have been certified finer at PCGS and NGC combined (7/14).(Registry values: N2998)
