1871 2C PR65 Red and Brown NGC. Much sun-gold is present, although the design highpoints and the open fields have mellowed in lilac hues. Well struck and mark-free with only a couple of pinpoint flecks. TRUST is die doubled, as seen on all 1871 proofs.(Registry values: N991)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 22NH, PCGS# 3646, GSID# 2748)
