1871 Two Cent PR65 Red and Brown NGC. Smooth surfaces show a progression from muted copper-orange to medium-brown on the obverse. A boldly appealing Gem proof with a reverse that comes closer to being fully Red. One of just 960 specimens struck for this important later proof two cent issue.
