1873 2C Closed 3 PR64 Brown PCGS. CAC. One of the so-called original proofs, since the Open 3 pieces are thought to be restrikes. The strike is a bit soft on the central and upper reverse but bold on the obverse. Glints of orange peek through the brown and good luster appears throughout. Population: 39 in 64 Brown, 21 finer (5/11).(Registry values: N1793)
