    1873 2C Open 3 PR63 Red and Brown PCGS. The proof-only 1873 is a key date within the collectible two cent series. The Open 3 variety has a mintage of just 500 pieces, fewer than its Closed 3 predecessor. A sharply struck specimen with brick-red and olive-gray toning. One small flan flaw at 4:30 on the reverse. Certified in an old green label holder.(Registry values: N1793) (NGC ID# 2754, PCGS# 3655)
