Glassy Premium Gem Proof 1936 Half Dollar
1936 50C PR66 NGC. CAC. The smooth, glassy silver-white surfaces seem to offer no suggestion of other color, but the fields boast powerful reflectivity and the strike appears even a trifle bolder than normal. There is little contrast between the fields and devices, and a single tiny mark on Liberty's cheek is the only observable contact.
