Description

Impressive 1936 Half Dollar, PR67

1936 50C PR67 NGC. Delicate tan patina mixes with silver-gray on the nearly immaculate surfaces. Powerfully reflective fields complement the razor-sharp design details. With a mintage of just 3,901 pieces, the 1936 is the scarcest proof issue in the Walking Liberty half dollar series. NGC has not certified any examples above PR67, while PCGS reports only one numerically finer representative (6/09).(Registry values: N4719)
