Description
1937 50C PR67 PCGS. Brilliant surfaces have deeply mirrored fields and just a trace of cameo contrast, so seldom seen on this design. This Superb Gem proof may have received a higher grade, except for a short, faint hairline in the right obverse field. Otherwise, both sides are immaculate. PCGS has only certified nine finer examples (8/07).(Registry values: N1793)
