1938 50C PR68 PCGS. Ex: Tom Mershon Collection. A loupe reveals the slight suggestion of color at the obverse border, a combination of iridescent fuchsia, copper, and blue shades, both otherwise the centers are silvery. The eye appeal is enormous, as expected, with a razor-sharp strike and total absence of contact.
