1936 25C PR66 PCGS. CAC. This inaugural Washington quarter proof issue had a mintage of just 3,837 pieces, few of which survive finer than the present Premium Gem example. This piece shows glossy surfaces with dusky golden and ice-blue toning, but no other significant color.
