1937 25C PR67 NGC. This is a lovely Superb Gem example of the second-year proof Washington quarter issue of 1937. Although brilliant and lacking contrast between the fields and devices, the piece is sharply struck and immaculately preserved, with nary a contact mark or a hairline to be seen on either side.
