1939 25C PR68 PCGS. Ex: Michael Fuller Collection. Iridescent marigold-yellow, radish-red, and lime-green toning enriches this delightfully mirrored and intricately struck Superb Gem. Unlike on most Washington quarters from the era, this specimen's peripheral legends are free from central softness. It would be a challenge to find another specimen with equally beautiful patina.
