1940 25C PR67+ PCGS. CAC. This Plus-graded Superb Gem exhibits razor-sharp definition on all design elements and the fields are deeply reflective, if slightly hazy in places. The surfaces are impeccably preserved and show a few hints of greenish-gold toning.
