1940 25C PR68 NGC. CAC. This almost perfectly preserved
proof is tied with 29 others as the finest at NGC; PCGS shows just
two coins in this grade, also with none numerically finer (3/15).
This coin shows lovely iridescent color throughout each side,
deepening slightly around the obverse borders. The strike is bold
