1940 25C PR68 NGC. Deep mirroring in the fields transitions to rich, satiny luster over the bold devices of this high-end proof Washington quarter. Close examination with a lens fails to reveal even minor flaws, an attribute to which few examples of this issue can lay claim. Subtle champagne and powder-blue hues intermingle over each side.
