1941 25C PR68+ NGC. Proof Washington quarters were struck for the second time in 1941, when a mintage of 15,287 pieces was accomplished. The Mint used an all-brilliant finish and no Cameo examples have been certified. This Plus-graded PR68 specimen exhibits sharply detailed design elements and virtually flawless surfaces, under shades of golden-tan, russet, and magenta toning.
