Description

1941 Quarter, Pastel-Toned PR68
Pristine Preservation and CAC Approval

1941 25C PR68 PCGS. CAC. Although CAC does not separate out their approvals between NGC and PCGS, some conclusions can be drawn about this coin. PCGS has certified only three submissions at this grade level, while NGC has seen 25 (12/13). Given that five CAC green stickers are awarded for the 30 submissions in PR68, one can conclude that this piece is most likely the only CAC PR68 at PCGS. Standing on its own, this pastel-toned coin offers ice-blue on the obverse margin and reverse center, with lavender central obverse and golden reverse rim, pristine preservation prevailing over all. Simply no distractions appear of any kind.(Registry values: N991)
