1941 25C PR68 PCGS. CAC. A pale pastel wash of ice-blue and rose accents the rims and contrasts nicely against the brilliant quicksilver centers of this immaculate Superb Gem proof 1941 quarter, one of the few finest survivors of the issue of 15,000-plus proof coins. The color on the reverse adds a bit of pale gray and olive. The strike is impeccable. Population: 5 in 68, 0 finer (5/15).(Registry values: N991)
