1959 25C PR68 Deep Cameo PCGS. The U.S. Mint produced nearly 1.5 million examples of this proof Washington quarter issue, but it seems doubtful that many remain in such an excellent state of preservation. Watery, jet-black fields and intensely frosted devices create a stark white-on-black visual effect, on both sides. Population: 34 in 68 Deep Cameo, 0 finer (8/08).
