1960 25C PR69 Deep Cameo PCGS. Crisply struck with richly frosted devices and illimitable depths of watery reflectivity in the fields, creating a stark white-on-black appearance on both sides. The expertly preserved surfaces are contact-free. A tiny milky fleck resides in the middle left obverse field.
