1981-S 25C Type Two PR70 Deep Cameo PCGS. The top surface of the mintmark on the Type Two issues of 1981 are wide and frosted, unlike the thin ridged top of the mintmark on the Type One coins. This perfect proof is brilliant with untoned light gray surfaces and impressive "black and white" contrast.
