1981-S 25C Type Two PR70 Deep Cameo PCGS. The Type Two is the scarcer "clear S" mintmark variety. This is an absolutely gorgeous proof Washington quarter with stunning white-on-black contrast. Crisply struck with fully frosted devices and deeply watery, jet-black mirrored fields. Pristine on both sides.
